The OPENCROW implementation went smoothly. As a company-wide communications tool, OPEN CROW helped link and engage the workforce across its multiple locations, remote workers and other offices.
The recruitment module has been particularly useful for HR. Utilizing centralized, streamlined admin processes for recruitment has saved time, simplified procedures and improved communication across the whole business.
They found the system to be very intuitive and well presented for front end users. OPENCROW is now the company’s main form of communication for business wide information.
Implementing OPENCROW was a big step for a rapidly growing business and it has helped the HR team no end. Part of the reason it’s so much better now is because DESCON uses OPENCROW as the one source.
They have tested the check-ins function and will be rolling it out in the near future, followed by the learning module.
